Olivia Walker

Olivia joined Smith Roddam Solicitors in 2022. She graduated from Teesside University with a First Class Honours Law degree in 2023 and was awarded the Best Legal Research Project prize for her dissertation in recognition of her academic achievement. She went on to study with BPP University, where she was awarded her Diploma in Legal Practice in 2025, before qualifying as a solicitor with the firm in September 2026.

She assists clients with a broad range of residential and commercial property matters, supporting transactions from initial instruction through to completion. She also works closely with the firm's partners on a variety of property transactions, gaining experience across a diverse range of matters.

Olivia prides herself on delivering a friendly and approachable service, taking the time to understand each client's individual circumstances and providing support tailored to their needs. She is passionate about developing her knowledge and skills and enjoys the variety that property law brings.

Outside of the office, Olivia enjoys hiking in the Lake District with family and friends, travelling and making the most of the outdoors.
