Grace Cowling

Grace joined Smith Roddam in April 2026 as a Conveyancing Executive in the Crook office, having worked for a firm in Durham for over 6 years.

She assists clients with a variety of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases and right to buy.

Grace understands that buying or selling a home can be one of life’s biggest milestones and she will try to make it as stress free and straightforward as possible. She believes that no question is a silly question and Grace prides herself on having the patience to go through every small detail so that the client has no worries.

Outside of the office Grace enjoys spending her spare time with family, particularly her little boy, Ted. She enjoys walking her dog and meeting up with friends and family.
