Conveyancing Executive
Courtney joined Smith Roddam in 2015 as an apprentice at our Shildon office and has progressed through the years to a paralegal specialising in conveyancing and is now in the process of becoming a Licenced Conveyancer.
Courtney deals with a variety of residential matters including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, right to buy, remortgage and transfer of equity. Courtney also deals with commercial property.
Outside of the office Courtney enjoys spending her spare time walking her dog and enjoying time with her friends and family.
